This has been our most ambitious project so far. Garena asked for a video to showcase a new set of skins and bundles to celebrate Day of the Dead for the LATAM region with the idea of a “Dead Race”. We had very little time to react, 2 months in total and we had vehicles… a LOT of vehicles involved. This needed to implement a new pipeline to integrate 3D elements in a 2D environment. We assembled a team of very talented artists to lead various areas simultaneously in order to meet the delivery date. In the end, we had a blast and came out triumphantly from this dead race, which means.. Well, not dead 🙂
